Damaged or Lost Items:

Every order is wrapped with love and sent with care. Once it leaves my hands, I cannot take responsibility for postal loss or damage along the journey.

Returns:

If you wish to return an item, please reach out to me before sending it back. Returns are accepted only for the original goods purchased and must come back in their original condition.

Refunds:

A full refund will be issued once the returned item finds its way safely home to me and has been checked. Refunds cannot be given for a simple change of heart — thank you for understanding.

Custom Orders:

Because custom pieces are born from your own vision, they are non-refundable. Thank you for treating handmade creations with the love and respect they deserve.

Cancellation Policy

Life changes and plans shift — I understand. If you need to cancel an order, please let me know as soon as possible.

Before Shipping:

Cancellations are accepted only before your order has been shipped or before I begin creating your custom piece.

Custom Work:

Once I’ve started crafting your unique item, it cannot be cancelled or refunded — time, care, and materials are already lovingly invested.

Shipped Orders:

If your order has already been sent, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the Return & Refund Policy if you wish to return it after arrival.
